  8. Post property on Company, Realtor, Realtracs and Personal internet websites
  9. Schedule all showings through C.S.S.
  10. Submit to Multiple Listing Service
  11. Schedule and Host Open House
  12. Design and submit newspaper ads
  13. Review client-showing procedure
  14. Supply flyers and other IN- Home Marketing tools
  15. Inform all office agents of the property – 277+
